Kinima Coffee
Specialty coffee is of the best quality compared to other commercial coffees. The whole process from farmer to sourcing, roasting and brewing- methods has a high focus and demanding criteria on quality, ethics and transparency. The farmers that spend a great amount of years and generations learning how to grow and give care to their coffee trees, in many cases in developing countries, get payed much higher and are thereby more likely to live sustainable life for themselves (even though we need to pay more in many cases). There are so many reasons to choose specialty coffee over commercial coffee. Not only for the coffee itself but for the people growing this amazing produce. Kinima Coffee is an instagram account I started in late 2017 with the purpose of documenting my experiences and thoughts on specialty coffee. Everything from brewing methods, coffees, gear, recipes and of course specialty coffee shops I've visited during travels (which you can find on a separate page). I can never stop being surprised by the amount of work that goes into create this sweet, floral, fruity, complex, creamy and juicy coffee.
